FAQ
Everything you need to know before your Phuket yacht charter
Below are answers to questions guests ask most often. If yours is not listed, reach out—we are happy to help.
How do I book a yacht?
Choose a yacht on Our Yachts / Fleet, open the yacht detail page, and submit an enquiry or use WhatsApp. Our team confirms availability, route, and price, then sends booking steps.
What is included in the charter?
Inclusions vary by yacht (captain, crew, fuel for typical itineraries, soft drinks, water, towels, safety gear). Meals, premium beverages, island fees, and extras may be add-ons—your quote lists exactly what is included.
Can we customise the itinerary?
Yes. Private charters are built around your timing, islands, swimming/snorkelling stops, and special occasions. Weather and sea conditions are always considered for safety.
What about cancellation or weather?
Cancellation and reschedule rules depend on your booking agreement and timing. If conditions are unsafe, the captain may adjust or postpone the trip—guest safety comes first.
How many guests can we bring?
Each yacht has a legal maximum guest count. Your booking must stay within that limit, including children and infants.
What should we bring?
Sun protection, swimwear, light layers, camera/phone, and any personal medication. We will remind you of footwear and bag guidance before departure.
Do you provide transfers?
Transfers may be arranged depending on pier and package—ask when you book so we can quote pier pickup/drop-off.
Is it safe?
Our operators follow maritime safety practices, carry required safety equipment, and brief guests before departure.
